One of Europe’s most dynamically developing airport transfer companies, which serves airline passengers, is looking for new colleagues, with a 8 hour Junior Partner & Contract Manager position, starting immediately. The place of work is Budapest, 3rd district.
Tasks and expectations:
• building and managing international partner networks
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners
• contracting new partners
• negotiating commercial terms and agreements in English
• monitoring marketing trends and competitor activity
• collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, finance, tech)
• preparing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

• performing administrative tasks
• communication with customers by phone (incoming calls only) and e-mail
• complaint handling by e-mail
• occasional weekend work (in home office)
• essential for work: active English, live language skills (intermediate level)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) knowledge, user level

One of Europe’s most dynamically developing airport transfer companies, which serves airline passengers, is looking for new colleagues, with a three-shift office schedule Cabin Crew Transfer Operation Assistant position, starting immediately. The place of work is Budapest, 3rd district.
Tasks and expectations:
• planning, coordinating, and monitoring cabin crew transportation assignments using our prorietary online system
• communicating in English with partners and airline representatives via phone, chat, and email
• monitoring arriving and departing flight and coordinating ground transportation operations
• maintaining accurate records and preparing operational report
• working in a three-shift office schedule (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
